What I appreciated most about her was her honesty - she has a great deal of experience and gives a straight forward feedback. Whenever she suggested something, I trusted her judgment and it always turned out to be right. She recommended doing some renovations to the home in order to get a higher price and then provided contacts who quoted the work at a very reasonable price. I followed her opinion, we had the work done and she listed the home at a price that I, at the time, thought was too optimistic. I was wrong again - a full price offer came the very next day. We were out of state sellers and Karen took up so much of the slack for us - she continually went above and beyond the typical agent responsibilities.
