October’s finalized data reported the typical value of a home in the city to be $421,000—up 48.76% over the previous 12 months. For comparison, county-level data pegged home values at $355,000 in Hampden County for the most recent reporting period. That number is expected to float around $363,000 in November.
Palmer had 15 new listings and 15 listings that went under contract in October, decreasing the area’s total available inventory to 18—down 14.29% from the previous month. Inventory is projected to have further decreased in November.
