The typical home value is down from last April, while the median list price has jumped by roughly one-third, indicating sellers are testing higher price points even as buyers see more value-focused sales.

In the latest monthly snapshot for April 2026, 53 homes sold, up sharply from a month earlier and well ahead of last year’s pace. Inventory sits at 211 active listings with about 2.9 months of supply, matching the statewide level and signaling balanced conditions between buyers and sellers.

Homes are taking a median of 58 days to go under contract, and more than 42 percent are going off the market within two weeks, showing that well-priced properties still move quickly.
