I was pleased with how the entire process went working with Dennis and his assistant Michelle. We had our 1st buyer back out due to personal reasons, no fault at all of Dennis's team. But Dennis still had a new buyer inplace almost right away and we closed quickly without any troubles... I will work with Dennis and his team in the future and would highly recommend them also.
