Tania helped greatly in a stressful time! We needed to sell my father's property so he'd have funds for his nursing home. She kept me updated and was amazing getting the house ready and staged for selling. Our only hold up in getting it sold was the fact that it was a mobile home in a park that required approval to move there. Would definitely recommend Tania in the future.
