Year over year, Chippewa County’s home values have inched higher, with the typical home value up around 6 percent. Median list prices have climbed even faster, rising nearly 17 percent from last August. At the same time, inventory has expanded sharply, with active listings up about 35 percent compared to a year ago.

Even so, the average sale-to-list ratio is a strong 105 percent, suggesting that well-priced homes still attract solid offers.
