day one and worked very hard, contacting neighbors, writing letters and found us the property we
had been hoping for. He was an expert at putting a deal together and communicated well through

Thomas did a great job selling our property. It was a challenging property to say the least. Residential property zoned commercial. Rented for 40 years and no water source. The property sold for 7 k over listing price. BTW the property is in Grand Traverse county. Don't look past Thomas if you are looking to buy or sell an " up north" property. Highly recommend!
