We gave Thomas what seemed like an impossible task of finding us a lake front home. He dove in on
day one and worked very hard, contacting neighbors, writing letters and found us the property we
had been hoping for. He was an expert at putting a deal together and communicated well through
the entire process. I can not recommend him enough.

Thomas did a great job selling our property. It was a challenging property to say the least. Residential property zoned commercial. Rented for 40 years and no water source. The property sold for 7 k over listing price. BTW the property is in Grand Traverse county. Don't look past Thomas if you are looking to buy or sell an " up north" property. Highly recommend!
