Where do I start? I first spoke to Kelly while driving home from Novi. Our conversation was about looking for some land to build a home. Kelly found the perfect land for us to build. Kelly had our house sold a week after we moved into our new house. Kelly was always available for questions during this stressful time while also living her busy life. We can't thank Kelly enough for everything she did for us.

Kelly was amazing to work with. We called her without a reference to see if she was interested in helping us and she immediately impressed us with her style and approach. When we met for her to see the property she was extremely prepared, provided excellent information and strategy for the pricing and sales approach, and demonstrated her strong area knowledge. She was confident in her ability to price it right and get a quick offer and she more than exceeded my expectations. Kelly went above and beyond to assist with other details with the property given I had moved out of the area and she ensured a smooth remote closing ahead of schedule. I would recommend Kelly with 5 star performance to anyone wanting to sell their home.

Kelly was an absolute dream to work with, I cannot praise her enough, she is an outstanding agent and businesswoman. I had a legally complicated course throughout the entirety of preparing to list my home up until closing. I had to have my ex spouse evicted from the home and deal with legal ramifications from an already settled bankruptcy. Kelly was always a step ahead, proactive, knowledgeable, skilled, kind, and would immediately text/email/call me back. She was proactive and responsive with my attorneys, buyer, myself and the title agency. I don't think Kelly ever stops working! She was phenomenal and deserves a raise or promotion at century 21.

She answered all our questions, she showed us the property, she recommended an inspector, she worked with the local manager of our community and she accompanied us to our closing and made sure we understood and were comfortable with all the parts of that transaction.
