Inventory in Lansing has been expanding in this rolling three-month view, with about 803 active listings and months of supply up more than 30 percent year over year to 2.9. New listings have edged higher compared with a year ago, while homes sold and pending sales have both slipped, pointing to a cooler pace of closings.
