Homes are still selling at a good clip, with a median of 19 days on market, though that is much longer than a year ago, and about 41 percent of listings go off market in two weeks. Roughly 28 percent of recent sales closed above list price, and the average sale-to-list ratio remains just under 98 percent, signaling that well-priced homes can still command strong interest.
