Home prices in Chanhassen have eased compared to a year ago, even as activity has picked up. The typical home value over the latest rolling three-month period is about 6 percent lower year over year, and median list prices are down around 5 percent. At the same time, pending sales have climbed more than 30 percent and new listings are up nearly 16 percent from a year earlier, signaling more movement on both sides of the table.
