Chaska had 39 new listings and 30 listings that went under contract in September, decreasing the area’s total available inventory to 89—down 6.32% from the previous month. Inventory is projected to have further decreased in October.
Of those 89 active listings, 34.83% reduced their price in the month of September. The median listing price for homes in Chaska fell 17.38% from August to September, bringing the current median listing price to $475,000. Based on projected data for October, listing prices may continue to fall.
