Ventura Village home values have surged over the past year on a rolling three-month basis. The typical home value is up more than 150% year over year, far outpacing the slight decline seen across Minneapolis overall. At the same time, the median list price has risen by roughly a third, signaling that sellers are responding to stronger pricing power.

Conditions in the latest three-month window through April 2026 point to a small but dynamic market. Homes are now spending a median of just 10 days on the market, a dramatic improvement from last year when selling times were much longer, and about two-thirds of recent sales closed above the asking price with an average sale-to-list ratio of 102%. Inventory has expanded, with active listings up over 40% year over year and months of supply jumping to about 9, indicating buyers have more options even as desirable homes still move quickly.

New listings have more than doubled compared with a year ago, yet the number of homes sold in this rolling period is down nearly half, suggesting some hesitation or timing differences in closing transactions, even as pending sales have tripled year over year.
