I worked with The Winters Real Estate Group. They helped me look for my dream home in Rosemount. As a first time home buyer it is hard and scary to think of all the things that you need to do and how ready you need to be to take this big step. I had met the team a while back and knew that they would be the best people to work with . They were great listeners when it came to telling them what I needed in a home . The communication that I had with the team was AMAZING they work very fast and super efficient. They made me feel like they were as invested as I was and would send me homes to look at all the time . Once we found the perfect home for me they made sure to keep me on schedule on things that needed to be done so everything ran as smoothly as possible . Even though like I said in the beginning I was a first time home buyer they made everything less scary and less stressful I would 100% work with them again and have already recommended the team to my family

I knew Dan from college so when it came time to start our house hunting I reached out to Dan just for some advice because this would be our first home. Despite not living in our area anymore he was able to connect my husband and I with a great realtor in our area. She was easy to get ahold of and took very good care not us especially considering we were first time home buyers and had no idea what we were doing. His referral was invaluable to us as it set us in motion for a smooth transition into home ownership. Fast forward to today and we have been in our home for almost 3 years and are starting to think about upgrading to something a bit bigger for our growing family. If Dan were here or we were to his area, he would be my first choice, but if not I trust him and his referral to another realtor would be the next best thing!
