The communication that I had with the team was AMAZING they work very fast and super efficient. They made me feel like they were as invested as I was and would send me homes to look at all the time . Once we found the perfect home for me they made sure to keep me on schedule on things that needed to be done so everything ran as smoothly as possible . I knew Dan from college so when it came time to start our house hunting I reached out to Dan just for some advice because this would be our first home. Despite not living in our area anymore he was able to connect my husband and I with a great realtor in our area. She was easy to get ahold of and took very good care not us especially considering we were first time home buyers and had no idea what we were doing. His referral was invaluable to us as it set us in motion for a smooth transition into home ownership. Fast forward to today and we have been in our home for almost 3 years and are starting to think about upgrading to something a bit bigger for our growing family. If Dan were here or we were to his area, he would be my first choice, but if not I trust him and his referral to another realtor would be the next best thing!
