Scott County home prices in June 2026 were slightly higher than a year ago, with the typical home value up about 1 percent. Median list prices also rose year over year, while active listings increased roughly 4 percent. At the same time, homes sold jumped more than 20 percent compared with last June, signaling stronger closed activity.
Looking at the latest month, the typical home value was about $443,000, with a median list price around $461,000. Inventory finished June at 749 active listings and about 1.9 months of supply, keeping conditions tilted toward sellers even as supply tightened from the prior month.
Homes are moving faster than last year, with the median days on market down sharply to 21 days and more than 40 percent of listings going off the market within two weeks. Roughly 29 percent of recent sales closed above the list price, and the average sale-to-list ratio was just under 100 percent, reflecting limited discounting. Compared with Minnesota overall, Scott County’s prices are higher and months of supply is lower, underscoring its relatively tighter market. With 258 homes sold and 243 pending sales in June alone, local dynamics can shift quickly from one month to the next.
