Carver County currently leans toward sellers, with the market gauge signaling a seller's market. Months of supply sits at 1.9, notably tighter than Minnesota overall at 2.6 months. Limited inventory is helping keep conditions in sellers’ favor even as more homes become available.

Roughly 38 percent of recent sales closed above the asking price and the average sale-to-list ratio is just over 100 percent, underscoring firm demand.
