Thrilled we just stumbled across Amanda as our real estate agent. She was such an incredible asset while my partner and I bought our first home. She was easy to get along with, patient, genuine, had great feedback and once she saw what made us light up she was an even better judge of character with each home we walked through. And we walked through a lot of homes! She helped us not settle for a home that was okay or good enough. To find what brought us joy and made us feel safe and comfortable. Amanda was always available to us responding to texts quickly, getting the information we needed, and happy to jump on a quick call if we needed clarification. There is a lot to learn when home buying and she made this process so much more manageable. We never felt pressured to just buy a house. She reminded us that you can update and remodel a home, but you can't move the whole house. You could tell she wanted us to love what we bought. We hope to have found our forever home .

Amanda made our home purchase easy and was always available. From the initial showing to the closing she was always there and encouraging us. Communication with our seller was made much easier with her as the go between. She was personable and professional (and always on time for appointments).
