Robinhood’s rolling three-month snapshot shows a small but very active market. There were 17 active listings, with 12 homes sold and another 12 under contract, signaling strong buyer engagement. New listings rose sharply from a year ago, up more than 50 percent, yet inventory is still moving quickly.

Contract and sales activity has surged compared with last year. Homes sold in the latest three-month period increased more than fivefold year over year, while pending sales climbed over 300 percent. This faster pace lines up with a drop in months of supply to just 1.1, reinforcing its status as a solid seller’s market.

Pricing has adjusted alongside this uptick in activity. The typical home value over the past three months is about $350,000, more than triple its level a year ago, even as the median list price has risen at a slower rate. Homes now spend a median of 53 days on the market, longer than some prior periods but still compatible with low inventory. Roughly one-third of recent sales closed above the asking price, and sellers are receiving just under 97 percent of list on average.
