Michelle was great in helping me figure out what to do with my place to make it more appealing to sell. She kept in contact with me regularly with updates on any interest in my place after it was listed. Sadly there wasn't much demand for a place like mine, but Michelle was able to help keep my hopes up with being able to close it out. It did eventually sell, and I'm thankful for that.
