Inventory in Cass County has held fairly steady, with active listings up only slightly from last year and sitting at 620 in August. New listings have grown modestly year over year, while pending sales are down compared with a year ago, signaling some cooling in contract activity. Homes sold, however, are up more than 20 percent year over year, suggesting that buyers are still finding ways to close deals despite fewer accepted offers recently.
