Sharita did an amazing job with listing my home. She was patient and explained the eaves and flows of listing a house. She was knowledgeable, provided guidance in staging the house and negotiated services to get us to the finish line. I will give a 10/10. She was very realistic with what to expect.

Sharita was always available and I was surprised at how easy she was to access. The reason I was able to acquire my home is because Sharita was very prompt in responding to me when I wanted to look at it. She took me to look at the property the same night I asked about it, and she placed the offer in the same night. We found out that that seller had a 48 hour window and Sharita had the insight to put an escalation clause in my offer. I am so glad that she did that because I won my bid for the house by mere thousand dollars. I’ve never. I’ve never heard of this, but I’m so glad I had an agent that was on top of things. Would highly recommend Sharita for selling or buying. In fact, the sellers agent thanked her for being such an effective communicator. I had an opportunity to witness this on the day we went for my final walk through. She seems to be well respected among her peers which good sign of how effective she is.

Sharita Rush did not treat me as a client but I felt like she was a friend first. I gave a list of things I wanted, she didn't send anything just to get a sale. She was always available with answers and recommendations for all repairs, appraisals, loan officer, insurance company. Most importantly she took the time and reviewed all contracts before I signed anything. After the Closing she continued to check on me to see if I needed anything. I have tried several Realtors and she won my ??. I thank God for her!
