"I didn't really shop around for a Realtor. Alison reached out to me after filling out an online search form for a realtor in Kansas City. Alison was the first to respond, and after speaking with her over the phone, I knew she was the one! What I liked the most about her is that she will tell you just what she thinks, no matter what! Saved me from spending money on property improvements I thought were important, and has numerous contractor contacts to help with the house getting ready to go on the market. I could not be happier with my selection! So many ways that this true professional helped me with getting the house ready, marketing, and legal negotiations, I can't recall them all !!! I'm so glad I listened to her advice, even when I had a different opinion!
