Hillsboro’s rolling three-month data through May 2026 shows home values edging up compared with a year ago, with the typical home value rising about 4 percent. Listing prices have grown more quickly over that span, jumping roughly 16 percent year over year. Inventory has also expanded, as active listings are up more than 75 percent from a year earlier.

Typical sale prices are slightly below where they were at the start of the year, but the average sale-to-list ratio remains close to 100 percent, signaling that sellers are generally achieving near their list prices.
