The typical home value in Lincoln County is projected to be $318,380 for the month of December. November’s finalized data reported the typical value of a home in the county to be $312,250—up 5.85% over the previous 12 months. For comparison, state-level data pegged home values at $280,500 in Missouri for the most recent reporting period. That number is expected to float around $278,600 in December.

Lincoln County had 141 active listings in November, including 56 new listings. Overall, active listings were down 9.62% from the previous month.

Of those 141 active listings, 34.75% reduced their price in the month of November. The median listing price for homes in Lincoln County grew 4.17% from October to November, bringing the current median listing price to $312,500. Based on projected data for December, listing prices may continue to grow.

The number of days that homes have been on the market prior to going under contract fell year-over-year. In November 2025, the median time for a listed property to go pending was 41 days, compared to 47 days in November 2024. In recent months the median number of days from listed to pending appears to be steady. That trend is predicted to have carried through to this December.
