For comparison, state-level data pegged home values at $271,100 in Missouri for the most recent reporting period. That number is expected to float around $274,300 in May.

Livingston County had 9 new listings and 7 listings that went under contract in April, decreasing the area’s total available inventory to 20—down 0.0% from the previous month. Inventory is projected to have further decreased in May.

Of those 20 active listings, 15.0% reduced their price in the month of April. The median listing price for homes in Livingston County grew 16.21% from March to April, bringing the current median listing price to $168,500. Based on projected data for May, listing prices may continue to grow.
