For comparison, city-level data pegged home values at $331,700 in Ozark for the most recent reporting period. That number is expected to float around $335,100 in June.

Downtown Ozark had 4 new listings and 3 listings that went under contract in May, decreasing the area’s total available inventory to 1—down 50.0% from the previous month. Inventory is projected to have further decreased in June.

The median listing price for homes in Downtown Ozark fell 7.06% from April to May, bringing the current median listing price to $348,450. Based on projected data for June, listing prices may continue to fall.
