The transaction was extremely complicated due to legal issues/insurance claims processes and she patiently helped me navigate those challenges to buy the perfect home. She was very understanding and thorough in viewing homes that suited my needs, promptly submitting offer and negotiating with seller's agent through escrow... her work did not stop after closing, she has been helpful getting issues remedied regarding inspections and repairs that were negotiated during purchase and had to be completed after closing. She welcomed me to the neighborhood and has genuinely been concerned with making sure everything was in order for my arrival. This was an extremely difficult move for me for many reasons but her friendly attitude of service brought great comfort and I feel like I'm back on my feet again. AMAZING!

I felt real lucky to connect with Nicole Montero Gozza and her husband Kyle. I had contacted the listing agent , a broker from another company, after driving by the property on Dayton Village PKWY, hoping to get a look at the interior as well as the back yard.
