“The vacancy of my rental house had dragged on so long, I decided to sell it. Because I’d been warned that it was the wrong time of year to do so, I was ready to sell it to a flipper. Fortunately, a former colleague highly recommended Seth Davidson to me. After explaining my situation to him, Seth offered to look at it for me, under no obligation. He told me what he’d pay for it as a flipper, but told me he thought I’d do much better selling it. I expressed my huge concern about having it linger vacant on the market over the winter.
