Year-over-year, Lake Mohawk’s rolling three-month typical home value has slipped by double digits, while median list prices are only slightly lower than a year ago, suggesting sellers are still testing higher asking levels than recent sales support. At the same time, homes are taking much longer to sell, with median days on market up dramatically compared with last year, highlighting a slower pace and more deliberation from buyers.
