I was very impressed with Julia when I actually purchased this property. She was the agent for the developer, but she was always very attentive to needs or issues that arose and was extremely helpful and supportive throughout my time residing at my property. When I made the decision to sell, she was my first thought, as I felt if she could support me when she was not my agent I could only imagine the service I would receive as her customer. I thoroughly enjoyed working with her and would highly recommend or use her again.

From our initial meeting with Julia, we were impressed with her presentation which was detailed and very complete. After viewing our home she displayed knowledge and experience in describing the selling process. We could tell that she would be vigorous and aggressive in listing our home for sale; all of which became apparent when only two days after listing we had an offer at the agreed upon price.
