September’s finalized data reported the typical value of a home in the city to be $725,000—down 4.61% over the previous 12 months. For comparison, county-level data pegged home values at $770,000 in Bergen County for the most recent reporting period. That number is expected to float around $755,000 in October.

Lodi had 7 new listings and 7 listings that went under contract in September, decreasing the area’s total available inventory to 24—down 25.0% from the previous month. Inventory is projected to have further decreased in October.
