Matt marketed my property to a broad selection of prospective buyers and priced it just right, so as not to exclude those whose budgets would turn them off if the price was too high. His approach resulted in an offer in just one day after listing the home. The open house brought more offers and we ended up selling for $90K over asking. I highly recommend Matt as he is very knowledgeable with marketing and pricing a property so it sells quickly.

I’m really glad we worked with Matt. He was super patient with us and never made me feel like I was being annoying or asking too many questions, which I really appreciated. He also wasn’t pushy at all. I always felt like I had space to make my own decisions.
