Corrado helped me find a great tenant for my house. I chose him as opposed to other realtors bcz of his detailed oriented personality. He and his assistant scheduled for pictures, published the ad, scheduled showings, sent me the tenants profiles for review and found me a tenant very quickly. I liked how he was able to find me a tenant that quickly and I dint have to schedule any showings. I got notifications about showings. I think that process went pretty smoothly.. He then connected me with the tenant to address tenant questions and concerns prior to signing the lease. I had done that whole process by myself last time I rented my house and I am thankful to him to take that off my hands. That was such a relief. I will def recommend hiring him as a realtor for renting needs rather than doing it urself.
