Chaparral’s rolling three-month numbers show striking changes from a year ago. Typical home values are up sharply year over year, rising more than 50 percent, while the median list price has also climbed but at a slower pace. At the same time, active listings are down nearly by half, pointing to fewer options for buyers than last year.
