Born and bred in The Big Apple, I graduated from NYU and moved to Hollywood, where I earned my living as a successful writer/producer. A resident of New Mexico for over twenty years, I am on the Founders Council and Advisory Board of The Santa Fe Film Festival. I am also a Board Member of The Governor’s Council of Film and Media and a founding faculty member of The College of Santa Fe’s Girls Film School, where I taught the art of screenplay writing. I was a first-time buyer and Ginny rocked! Never made me feel dumb for not knowing things, explained the gist of documents plainly and gave advice when asked but didn't push me towards a certain direction. The turnaround on documents was quite fast; she made sure we hit all the deadlines even after the sale went through and I forgot to start utilities after the seller moved out (oops). The seller's agent was acting a bit shiesty towards the end of the deal and Ginny put a stop to that right quick. Definitely someone you want on your side. I truly felt like she had my best interests in mind throughout the entire process. Recommending Ginny to anyone who is looking for a home!
