We cannot say enough wonderful things about our time working with Ginny and would recommend her without hesitation. She is very knowledgeable about the Santa Fe markets and was invaluable in helping us narrow down our search to find the ideal location for our family's needs. She really had our best interests in mind and throughout the process and was extremely patient and accommodating as we were often traveling from out of state. I was a first-time buyer and Ginny rocked! Never made me feel dumb for not knowing things, explained the gist of documents plainly and gave advice when asked but didn't push me towards a certain direction. The turnaround on documents was quite fast; she made sure we hit all the deadlines even after the sale went through and I forgot to start utilities after the seller moved out (oops). The seller's agent was acting a bit shiesty towards the end of the deal and Ginny put a stop to that right quick. Definitely someone you want on your side. I truly felt like she had my best interests in mind throughout the entire process. Recommending Ginny to anyone who is looking for a home!

Through a close friend, we met realtor Ginny Cerrella when we saw our future home online and called Ginny to show us the house. Ginny was recommended by a good friend in Santa Fe. So grateful we found Ginny! She is super smart, perceptive and responsive. Also extremely efficient. As a couple we are not easy clients. We are both picky in different ways.
