Homes are spending more time on the market than last year, with the median at 48 days, up 60 percent year over year but ticking down slightly from the prior month. With 4.1 months of supply and about 18 percent of listings cutting prices, conditions lean toward a seller’s market, reflected in a market gauge of 25 and an average sale-to-list ratio of 0.96.
