Even with that softness, typical home values sit at $392,000, slightly above the New Mexico average of $379,100, and are projected to rise to $402,000 next month.
Month to month, values in Lincoln County climbed 5.38%, and the median list price jumped 5.71% to $449,250, with a projected $461,375 ahead, even as inventory is expected to grow to 453 homes. Compared with a year ago, overall inventory is up 10.8%, giving buyers more options and extending the time sellers may need to attract the right offer.
