Jamestown’s rolling three-month snapshot through August 2026 shows more homes coming to market and a solid pace of sales. Active listings are up about 7 percent year over year, while new listings have inched higher by roughly 1 percent. Closings have risen around 9 percent over the same period, pointing to steady buyer demand even as options expand.
