Northampton home values have climbed notably over the past year, with the typical home value up about 23 percent in this rolling three-month view. Median list prices are also higher year over year, rising around 11 percent. At the same time, the number of homes sold in this period is down more than 40 percent from a year ago, pointing to fewer closed deals despite stronger prices.
