Lynda is a straight shooter that does not waste your time or money. While most other realtors wanted application fees and good faith deposits she allowed us to see the apartment first and did not require a penny up front. She made the process very simple and stream lined from start to finish. There is no “catch” with her, what you see is what you get.

Lynda Carnevale is truly the greatest real estate agent that I have ever worked with. While other agents in the past have made me feel very uncomfortable at times, and seemed to grow annoyed if I did not like an offer, Lynda always had a smile and was always ready and willing to work with me because she understands that her client is the one who truly needs to be happy in the end, not her. Lynda actually made me feel like family,-to the point where if I needed to call her after hours, I would not feel uncomfortable or awkward doing so, and she would actually pick up her phone and work for me, no matter how late. Not only did Lynda work with me, but she fought for me. Lynda got me exactly what I wanted. Trusting Lynda with my money, and my future was one of the greatest decisions that I have ever made.

Linda is an outstanding realstate agent. She worked with me for months, through the quarantine restrictions. I had almost impossible requirements ( a lot of space with all the amenities, on a very tiny budget). She is very professional, knows the laws and regulations , knows the neighborhood. She was always available for showings at all the time of day, and all the days of the week( it looks like she doesn’t believe in weekends or holidays ??). She always returned my calls. She checked with me even when there was nothing on the market. Always a phone call: “ I’m always looking, I haven forgotten about you, don’t worry, we’ll find the place for you”. And she did!
