Shelonda attended the Fashion Institute of Technology, where she earned a Bachelor of Science in Fashion Merchandising. Her expertise in Fashion Merchandising provides her with a unique insight into negotiating prices, finding great deals, and product placement.

Shelonda entered the real estate world to become her own boss, provide better for her family, and help people achieve homeownership—she hasn’t looked back since.

Shelonda was not only patient with us as we had a lot of needs as a family of 4 but she was consistent and that’s what I love about her the most. She didn’t miss a beat! She was determined to find us a place and would send anything that fit our criteria as soon as it was listed!
