Schuyler County is seeing mixed year-over-year shifts, with typical home values down around the mid-teens in percentage terms while list prices are edging slightly higher. Inventory has expanded by more than 10 percent over the past year, and months of supply has more than doubled, pointing to more options for shoppers. Homes are also taking much longer to sell than a year ago, with median days on market up by about half.

Compared with New York State overall, Schuyler County’s prices are lower and its supply is somewhat higher, offering a different set of tradeoffs for local movers.
