Year-over-year, Fairfield County’s housing prices have been fairly steady, with the typical home value in April 2026 down only slightly compared with last year, while Ohio overall has seen stronger price growth. Active listings in the county are up more than 16 percent from a year ago, and homes sold have risen nearly 17 percent, signaling more movement on both sides of the table.
