About
Teri has been a licensed agent since 2004, after working as a Legal Administrative Assistant for a local law firm and as the Business Manager/Fiscal Officer for her fathers company. She and Kelly Thacker began a partnership creating the Gilmore Group in 2008, forming a team and establishing a neighborhood office in the village of Lithopolis, Ohio, just 20 minutes southeast of Columbus.

Teri is married to her wonderful husband, Kevin, who is from Boston (where car keys and khakis are pronounced alike). She has four grown children, three in Ohio and one in London, UK. The family is growing with eight beautiful grandchildren - six boys and two girls, wow! Teri grew up in Lithopolis and is a graduate of Bloom-Carroll High School, but has lived in several areas in and around Columbus and Lancaster. Most recently, she lived on a historic farm property between Carroll and Lancaster, where a move back to Fairfield County and ongoing renovations keep her in tune with her clients' own real estate adventures!
