Downtown Massillon had 35 new listings and 28 listings that went under contract in November, increasing the area’s total available inventory to 23—up 4.55% from the previous month. Inventory is projected to have further increased in December.
The median listing price for homes in Downtown Massillon grew 7.27% from October to November, bringing the current median listing price to $149,000. Based on projected data for December, listing prices may continue to grow.
The number of days that homes have been on the market prior to going under contract has been fairly steady year-over-year.
