Year-over-year trends in Miami County point to a market that has expanded in both prices and inventory. Typical home values are up a few percent from last year while active listings have climbed more than 20 percent, and months of supply has risen sharply and now sits at 2.3 months, still indicating a seller-leaning environment but with more options for buyers than a year ago.
