Hi! I'm Kim Erickson, and it is fantastic to meet you. I took the leap for my dream job and became a Realtor in 2023 after having my third child. In 2024, my first full year as an agent, I achieved over $2 million in sales solo, and as a team, we have surpassed $10 million. I am consistently adding to my training and certifications to be the best Realtor possible for my clients. My belief is that I am here to make these purchases and sales as seamless and stress-free as possible. I currently have my ABR (Accredited Buyer Representative), AHWD (At Home With Diversity), and C2EX certifications.

I am passionate about giving back to my communities by sponsoring youth sports, collecting items for foster agencies and youth homes, and handing out meals to those in need. In 2025, I plan on hosting informational seminars for local communities, partnering with financial offices for instant pre-approval meetings, and increasing our community outreach.
