Jon is extremely personable. He is very knowledgeable about the process of selling a home and provided good yet realistic advice when it can to pricing, preparation, and the inspection. He was willing to walk the roof (in December!) to make sure the inspector report was accurate! He accommodated our needs and went above and beyond to explain the process and get documents signed by an elderly seller (my mom).
