Year-over-year, North Lima’s rolling three-month housing data shows notable shifts in both prices and activity. Typical home values are up around the low teens compared with last year, even as the number of homes sold has dropped by more than half. New listings are also down sharply from a year ago, signaling fewer fresh options for buyers.
In the latest rolling three-month period ending in September 2026, the median list price is significantly higher than a year earlier, rising by almost three times. At the same time, active listings are down by more than a third, so there are fewer homes on the market even as asking prices climb.
