Olmsted Falls had 23 new listings and 23 listings that went under contract in September, decreasing the area’s total available inventory to 19—down 13.64% from the previous month. Inventory is projected to have further decreased in October.

Of those 19 active listings, 47.37% reduced their price in the month of September. The median listing price for homes in Olmsted Falls grew 3.83% from August to September, bringing the current median listing price to $269,900. Based on projected data for October, listing prices may continue to grow.
